DJO remodels its Benelux presence with new subsidiary
DJO Incorporated, (www.donjoy.eu), the global company best known for its innovative orthopaedic and bracing products, under the DonJoy (www.donjoy.eu) and Aircast brands, announces the establishment of a new subsidiary for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg following DJO’s recent acquisition of Aircast.
Established in early April 2007, the new direct distribution company, DJO Benelux, will be responsible for the sales and marketing of both the DonJoy® and Aircast® product ranges in the region.
In line with their International growth strategy, (DJO Benelux is the seventh international subsidiary alongside Canada, France, Germany, Nordic, Spain and the UK), this new subsidiary will enable DJO to develop a more targeted approach to their sales & marketing programmes and roll out a broader product range, which will further improve and refine customer service throughout the region.
DJO’s International Vice-President, Stephen Murphy said: “We are very pleased with the progress of the implementation of our corporate strategy to improve our presence in key markets throughout Europe.
