TROM Adjuster
 Ideal Application
As the first postoperative brace combining a patented off-loading hinge and Rom control, the TROM Adjuster provides a better healing environment for post-operative rehabilitation after tibiofemoral joint procedures such as meniscus repair, chondral defect procedures, osteomies, etc…, requiring protection and unloading of the affected compartment. It also features Tele-fit mechanism that allows independent strap movement, telescoping adjustability to adapt to a variety of patients, and sili-grip strap pads for increased brace suspension.

Specifications
- Patented off-loading hinge allowing adjustments to shift compressive knee joint forces from the degenerative area to the healthy compartment
- Offloading adjustable hinge technology allows up to approximately 3° of hinge adjustability
- Range of motion control and quick lock from -10° to 90° for a broader range of options for any protocol
- Telescoping adjustability between 17 3/4" (45 cm) and 23 1/4" (59 cm) adapts to a variety of patients
- Tele-Fit: Sliding mechanism allowing independent strap movement just proximal and distal of the knee to accommodate cold therapy wraps and dressings
- Sili-grip strap pads help increase brace suspension
